The aim of this study is to outline the foundations of a habitus theory that is capable of capturing plural and transforming dispositions. First, I will summarize the main elements of what I call the unified habitus theory of Pierre Bourdieu; then, by intending to make the key propositions of the original theory understandable, I use the examples of sense of the game and musical sense. Third, by offering some other examples, I demonstrate that according to Bourdieu the process of acquiring the habitus is essentially unproblematic. In the next two subchapters, I will try to prove that some of the ageing Bourdieu’s works contain, in germinal terms, ideas on the basis of which the principles of a differentiated habitus concept might be outlined. Finally, I intend to point out some of the shortcomings and contradictions of Bourdieu’s argument.

Teaching Hungarian to native speakers in Romania is not without problems, similarly to the situation in Hungary. There are many language-related issues in this area. The problem which I deal with is highly relevant especially for education and linguistics. The paper presents the findings of a study of language discrimination in four countries (Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine and Romania), highlighting the results of Transylvania. The study focused on how prejudiced the practicing teachers and teacher trainees of Hungarian language in Romania are linguistically towards their students. Moreover, the data show to what extent they discriminate on a linguistic basis and how significant this phenomenon is in comparison to the results of the Hungarian language teachers of other countries.

In this work we are dealing with e-youth work. We try to prove, that near family and school there is a third main socialization enviroment: the leisure time socialization area. Also we show that the young people leisure time activity is full with media usage, we present the recent data about the European young people media consumption, usage of internet and smart tools, etc.

We will deal with youth work that can be and is to be carried out in the various digital spaces. We will introduce the characteristic features of this space, and focus on the general rules that define it.

The European Youth Information and Counselling Agency (ERYICA) accepted the basic prinicples of youth services (the European Youth Information Charter) in 1993, and modified it in 2004. In point of fact, we took 21 principles related to youth services into consideration summarizing the practical experiences. Their more detailed analyses shows, that the service requirements in „real” life are actually not fully completed by the youth services, the „traditional” offices.

At the and we introduce practical examples whose success should be followed as models, and we will formulate general fundamental rules that are worth maintaining if we wish to pursue youth work in the virtual space.

In our study, we examine the term vulnerability in relation to the working habits and opportunities of Romanian-Hungarian cross-border youth. In this respect, target group members are vulnerable not only in their private lives but also in the labor market. We address the problem by taking into account the specificities of the generation and the specific situation (geographical and social mobility) of young people living along the Romanian-Hungarian border. The research was founded upon qualitative research carried out by a mirror project, in which focus group and career interviews are added to the situation exploration.

Who is considered „vulnerable”? Or could we also ask who considers themselves „vulnerable”? We consider it important to emphasize subjective opinions, as our research also aims to assess what young people themselves think of their current situation. Therefore, we examine the perceptualization and possible adaptation of insecurity, the existence of individual and / or collective security. According to our hypothesis, housing, education, access to health care and, last but not least, employment are factors that can provide a wider picture of the current situation of the target group. The partial results of the research so far confirm that the labor market situation of young people living in the border areas of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg – and thus their vulnerability, even their exposability – extends to many other areas, despite the economic prosperity of recent years.
